Madison is home base. We also run service trucks daily to Middleton, Verona, Sun Prairie, and Fitchburg. Drive time from our shop runs 20 minutes to most of the metro and up to 45 minutes for the far edges of Sun Prairie or south Fitchburg. We stick to Dane County. If you are calling from Stoughton, Oregon, or Waunakee, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can be there same day. Beyond Dane County we usually refer out to a tech closer to you. No sense charging a long trip fee when a neighbor can do it faster.
